The image and the type designation VC700 suggests that this is an original Motorola car charger (recognizable by the glowing Motorola logo) handelt.Das also lay the reviews close.

Delivered is however a nameless, cheap-looking car charger in a Polish Blister. Goods thus immediately returned. So be careful where you put your order give up. Some dealers take it obviously not as serious about it, whether or not your product the Amazon description corresponds.
