I agreed in despair of cause, as they could anyway not send me the slippers "an error when the package layout" according to them ... error that often breeds according the comments. Still, the rebate was fast.
Furthermore, the product is very soft, I purposely ordered one size bigger, which is perfect for me. Some worry about the seams, but nothing that can resist a needle and thread.
Please note: a zip at the back to not having to remove everything to go to the bathroom, handy!
