No verünftiger drivers for Windows 7 64it

The Last Mist.
Neither CSL, yet at Realtek obtained a reasonable driver for Win7 / 64bit with which it would be possible to achieve a reasonable rate.
Connection is good display at 280Mbs-300Mbs. Transferred to files, are achieved approximately 15KB / sec throughput.
With a Hama-stick 300 or an AVM Stick N, are obtained on the same PC at the same location 2.8MB / sec. Unfortunately, I can no longer return the part, because I had been too long before the experiments. On Raspi evident at the first attempt just the same picture.

These problems occur only when you copy files from a local PC to another PC on the network, such as a NAS. (And this is, as described above, no problem of the NAS itself).
Here there is not only the performance problem, the target computer is suddenly in Windows Explorer no longer responds and the PC hangs until the copy process is interrupted.
Clearly a driver error.

Since I'm in principle by all the PCs in the house Acronis backups on my NAS, remains only the dustbin for this adapter.
