One notices the cable definitely on the cheap workmanship. It is flexible like rubber and the USB plug feels inferior.
The magnetic end is not 100% fit and sits wrong, but the Z1 Compact invites after all (with 1000 mAh, ie no longer than through the normal USB charging cable). The magnet is strong enough to remain on the unit.
We'll see how long the cable by holding in practice.

EDIT 05/2015:
The cable is "cheaper processing" despite bemängelter still in top condition.
The charging contacts do not show signs of wear and charging is still in order.
