Pro:
(+) Price! Four filter cartridges for under 30, - appears as a bargain compared to the price of 13, - for an original cartridge
Cons:
- Cartridge not really fit in the Jura F90! You can use the cartridge and close also the holder in the water tank. However, I have the impression that the cartridge is not as good as the original sitting. You can not press all the way down and also is less tight in the bracket on the tank bottom as the Clarispatrone.
- Cartridge idles with falling water level in the tank! This is the biggest drawback. You can hear properly, how the machine during the flushing process is running dry after a water change in the morning. I have tested several times now, it is always the same result: tank filled, turned, started flushing and it comes only in drops of water from the coffee spout at Creepy idling noise of the machine. Even when pre-brewing is no more coffee from the spout, only when the actual brewing process starts.
Conclusion:
I am not at all satisfied with the cartridges and going back to send.
The biggest problem is the emptying of the cartridge with falling water level in the tank, so that the system runs dry.
As our Jura F90 has been going 12 years perfectly does its work I will be their again spendieren the original cartridges. A defect in the machine I will not risk simply.
