The pan is actually quite good, but I use it only as a second choice. Here are points that I did not like compared to a Tefal Jamie Oliver-pan: Profile pan will become sluggish - need to be long and hot long to cool. I work with induction and the advantage that the heat is gone, when it refers, is already partially lost here. -surface Not sooo scratchproof. Clear that is not ceramic pan, but the competition has pans expressly tolerated metal turner. -Rand Is to pour / serve not optimal. I often distribute the complete pan content across multiple plates, and that does not work so well because the edge has a certain width with this pan. Profile pan too heavy or heavier than other good pans. -Flugrost On the ground to dishwasher. If I can I rinse the coated pans by hand, but sometimes it works just not, then they migrate into the dishwasher. The rust on the ground sees halt to "cheap" and not to German quality production. -The Height is slightly (~ 4.2 cm ie the pan is not deep enough), and the transition from the ground to the edge is too shallow impractical. Just over the edge could have been at 28cm before. In addition, the walls go up very steep, which makes it more difficult to turn the content - both with and without inverter (ie by "Tossing")
Really cool, of course, the click-hold, the defect was however - here the service of Berndes was excellent but, they sent a replacement handle fast and free! Although I again relativize the Praktitalität the handle must, since I prefer a normal WMF Chromangan steel pan used for the oven, as it has a higher margin and therefore less splashing around in the oven.
Conclusion: the frying pan, but I would not buy the pan again and would not recommend. Priced it is more settled in the upper part, it has but too many small practical shortcomings - but notice again, especially if you cook every day.
