not bad ... but is certainly better

Holder works quite well. Unfortunately somewhat tricky to assemble.
The first time, remove the bracket from the ventilation grille to a spring has crumbled in the air, because the part has fallen apart (replacement of a ball pen was fortunately available, I was about to return).
Adjustability (turning) is good, unfortunately no way to adjust the angle of the driver. Likewise, the angle in the horizontal can be adjusted only limited. Thus, I can not recognize when the sunroof open on the display.

However, the phone (Galaxy S3) fits well into the holder does not wobble too much. Can be removed well again. Enclosed cable for cigarette lighter is ok.

Overall, only 3 stars because of the above points, for the price I found then but still acceptable. Probably good for someone who does not want to look far and can solve even small little problems themselves.
