Of course there are cheaper Headlamps than this. The Fenix ​​is ​​but its good value for money 100%! It lights up in 3 brightness levels, is processed very valuable and can be adjusted well. The Strinlampe can be removed from the holder in order to shine in 'more remote' angle. So actually a 2-in-1 lamp. Super, I can recommend 100%!

Supplement December 27, 2014:
I use the lamp every 2 weeks for 20-60 minutes. The headband is still like new, elastic, properly. When I compare the other where the headband is very soon ausgeleirt and inelastic - best for this product!
I operate the lamp with howchwertigen Duracell batteries. At the highest light level I so full at the 2 hour luminosity, then it decreases. The lamp is based on their luminosity, a 'battery-eaters' (with 1 battery). I'm going to investigate whether this can be improved. But since I'm mainly active in and around the house, I do not mind the occasional battery replacement. With only 1 battery, it is also nice and light, you hardly feel on the forehead.
The lamp itself still looks like new. It is in the workshop and in the outdoor area in use. From derQualität and processing I am still convinced 100%.
Still the price - yes, EUR 50 thousand is a lot of money, but worth every penny in my estimation. I'm not going to bother with cheaper headlamps.
