The tape is not compatible with the readers having no reverse button (mine is in auto reverse) because the wire is not on the good side and too large to be placed on the side. When the tape is misplaced, we hear the famous "tac tac tac" not very pleasant. The whole is rather fragile and does not work after two or three months
