Not compatible with my galaxy advance

Did not work upon receipt. I had the telephone service (very good attitude from them) who tried to diagnose the concern. They explained to me that it certainly had a compatibility issue. They were right since I offered a friend who had the galaxy s2 and that everything worked.
The service did not ask me to return the product (phew: 5 port for a product that is 8 ...) so 5/5 for them
By cons, if my phone was not compatible, I would have liked it to be posted on the product page. It is precisely for this reason that I took an official Samsung charger!
Since I bought another (Samsung also) in a supermarket, it works great that one.
