We bought this netbook a few weeks ago and now had enough time to deal intensively with the dwarf. The processing makes at first sight a good impression. The display shows clean and rich in contrast, however, the viewing angle is very small, lateral viewing leads to a very bright and highly blurred image. The initial start-up of Samsung is an absolute impudence! I have never experienced in my 20 years of PC experience time such a time-consuming and complicated process before a new computer is ready for operation. Since vast amounts of absolutely useless bullshit install that no one needs (any completely unknown programs, test versions of Microsoft Office and what I know for a rubbish) This leads to a really nice mountain of rubbish on a virgin se and clean hard drive. What interests me here absolutely not that the 250GB disk "is big enough." It is here again a worst patronizing by Samsung in collaboration with Microsoft. After 1 hour and 47 minutes (!!!), the Samsung was ready. That the Win7 Starter is a very stripped-down Windows, I knew before, so I'm not complaining about it, but that you can not even change the wallpaper, is very bold. The performance is OK, websites via the built-in wireless could go a bit faster, but it misses. What takes a little too long, is the saving of files as I can often detect no relation to the amount of data. An absolute point of criticism is the main switch, which is not got a pushbutton in the keyboard area, but a very difficult to move the slide switch at the front edge of the lower case. That's failed *** and I hope he works at least reasonably long, if he already is so hard. In addition, the slot for memory cards is so difficult to access that you have to lift the entire netbook to obtain the map of down somewhat reasonable in the slot. For people who often want to insert images from digital cameras, an obvious disadvantage! Another shortcoming of the case is the highly restricted opening angle of the display. I would, if I just anywhere standing work (eg netbook on a sideboard) want to be able to tilt the display backward more, however, this is due to a hard stop back impossible. The Touchpas works sensitively, but it reacts often until the 2nd or 3rd start on the Apple Moves (two-finger gestures) All in all, it does not serve its purpose more as well. Emotions it triggered neither me nor my wife, the device is OK, but not thrilled. The extremely sensitive black top (glossy) is underwhelming, because you after 1 minute 10 million fingerprints has it. I'd give 3.5 stars, but since not gehtm bleibts at average 3 stars. For 280 EUR I would have expected a little more.
