Not exactly customer-friendly!

As previously announced, my camera without DVD-Reference Manual has been delivered. When I complained to the Ausliefererhin I got the answer that I just have to ask when Nikon. Not exactly customer friendly. Meanwhile, Nikon has delivered me the reference book for the price of 19.90. As the owner of the Nikon Coolpix P7100 I am when it comes to handling, a little disappointed. Also I can not edit the RAW images, because there is no editing program. All this leads to the devaluation. As an old Nikon photographer I am passionate about the photographic performance.
