Not for casual gamers

For casual players, the game is a bit too complex. We played there recently with 4 people for all the first time. Although I have read the instructions in advance and we are four again gone through gradual, was all not really clear to us at the beginning of the game, where we are heading. We often had to re-read the instructions during the game.

The first time you play then we had a rather random winner, although in the game are almost random moments. This was the fact that we all initially did not quite know with what tactics we should play. What makes sense, what does not? How much should you invest in certain actions, etc.?

I think you already need a few games (not rounds) until one is really warm with the game. If you have not yet played before, the game plays more with one than that it plays itself.

I can well imagine that it is well suited for die-hard, regular games groups. Since one wishes so a higher degree of complexity, so the game remains interesting long. For casual gamers who play from time to time with friends always different games, I would not recommend it. Since there are too many good games, in which a newcomer can quickly find inside.
