Have this Bluetooth headset put on me because my old Samsung has been lost. Technically I do not say anything, communication is ok, it does not couple off, standby time is also ok and the chain for hanging is quite funny. However, the fiddly input and off button is in fact only suitable for delicate female hands, but so I got along well. What bothers me is, but that it is also not suitable for delicate ears, because the button in the small ear is much too thick and falls out! In other words, you have to wear the ear hook, which is extremely fiddly and does not work if you have curly hair and long hair, this is still wearing glasses. I'm very disappointed and have my old Samsung WEP 300 reappointed me for a week, which, although inexplicably only 3 cuts in the test, but a super voice quality and standby time has not fall out even from rather small ears plus a large off switch has (also goes for men's hands). Conclusion: The Sony Ericsson HBH 720 is unsuitable for delicate ears and curly heads ... would not recommend it in the case due to the thick ear button.
