I am a fan for years the Headset Series Plantronics Voyager and had already several models in use. That is why I ordered the Voyager Legend headset - at the same time with an iPhone. 5 Unfortunately, the headset was not working properly with the iPhone 5: Everyone asked me if I was hoarse. Located in call connections were terminated. I've googled for the problem, and lo and behold, this I a well known problem. Recommended by Plantronics: firmware update to version 4.4 The Plantronics PC software "MyHeadset Updater" did not work on my Windows 7 notebook, but luckily on my old XP machine. After the firmware update to version 4.4, the voice quality was normal. The phenomenon with the telephone calls that terminate in the conversation itself, is still available. Another disadvantage is that the previous headsets have a normal Micro USB port for charging. The Legend has a charging cable that connects via a magnetic coupling. I need a total of 3 such cables (at home, in the car, in the office). Aside from the unnecessary additional costs: These cables are not buying individual date. Conclusion: The Voyager headset series is great, but not the Voyager Legend. My recommendation to buy, the Voyager Pro.
Update: 01.29.14: After software update to version 4.x the headset is working properly and that already for a year in daily use. Therefore 4 stars. Gripe is the "MyHeadset Updater" software and the fact that I had to separate charger for office and car purchase because there is no micro-USB connector on the headset.
