Not good connectivity

On paper everything seemed to fit my need for runner. 2 outputs an hour later I must conclude that this helmet does not match what I expected and I was forced to cut the reception to continue my meeting. The main reason for untimely cuts every 3 to 4 seconds. I wear my iPhone 5S in the biceps. When I kept the right arm abnormality disappeared! Is it because my transmitter (smartphone) moves too much? Since I have not read the above, I conclude that these are the headphones that are responsible.
