Specifically what is the problem?
First of all, impossible to recognition by custom tags. Me for example, I listen between the other metal or opera instrumental music, so when I get the properties of my music files, I put Metal_opera or Instrumental in Kind. Except that once the transferred file on the drive, impossible to find these genres, there are only those programmed into the device (Rock, Jazz, ...) and those of category "Other type". This means that I find myself bound to listen my music library, all confused genre. I found a solution: Before transferring music files must be created with the name Metal_opera or Instrumental and in which the corresponding music files are put.
But! Yes because there is still a but ... Once in the unit, the laborious navigation that the time to find the interest and to start playback folder, you got to and no longer have the time to listen to music (well here I am exaggerating, but you get the idea), not to mention the annoyance and frustration that results.
Since just now I speak of navigation without having said what you really problematic.
In fact it is very simple: sometimes you press to go, say in the device menu, and there ........... nothing happens. So try one, two and then three times before MIRACLE! you get where you wanted. Like when you want to navigate between folders, you press the key to navigate and as nothing happens, you press again, except that the unit has registered you press 2 or 3 times and suddenly you find yourself ... well at a place that is not good for the reader felt that you wanted to enter the category and then in the first record of this class and start the first song therein. So you have to start all your browsing, hoping to get the first shot in the device menu.
Similarly, when you listen to your music, say you wanted to skip the current song to jump to the following: it is not rare that the reader does not understand that when you press the "Next" button you want it to go to the next song. Or better, it includes but is so slow to react you press 3 times, so you find 3 songs later.
Turning finally to the "hold" function to lock the device. Again, a trial awaits you: you have to press and hold the button with a small padlock so that it is activated, but is necessary that the device that you want included lock the keys, which is not not necessarily the case. Same for unlocking.
In summary: To use this device must be Zen Grand Master for at least 10 years and have a tremendous amount of free time. For that price, we can expect much better anyway. So I always use my player but that's because it cost me-(seen what it offers) expensive and I do not see myself selling it to someone else at a fair price allowing me to buy another one, it would be in my opinion a rip off.
