Scope of supply:
==========
The scope of supply is really enormous. Apart from the actual Selfie-rod of 88 cm length, the well-stocked box also contains a lot of useful accessories that use for purposes other permits. Thus we find it just a little, pull 3-legged tripod and a bag for storing. For this purpose a universal handle with remote release and a USB charging cable to charge the battery therein. Not to mention an extensive and relatively well-to-understand instructions in German.
Design and processing:
===================
The design is rather a bit frumpy. The bar itself and the stand are made of thin metal, but still make a stable impression. The plastic parts are all in black and see also stable from. If you handle it properly, a frequent use should be no problem.
The extension mechanism is reminiscent of a car antenna, as it was they used to be. It is the first time a little stiff, but this is a good thing, so that nothing can adjust by itself.
Operation and use:
==================
For all applications you should first pair your phone with the Bluetooth transmitter in the handle, which takes only a few seconds.
As Selfie bar: Here you simply set the smartphone in the bracket with clamping bar, which holds very firmly the same. I had no fear that it might fall out of the holder. Then screwed (or before the onset of smartphones), the holder of the Selfie-rod. First advantage: The thread is a standard thread, as used in all the cameras!
Now the Selfie-rod is pushed into the handle, which also has a fast locking without screws. Away you go.
As a stand: For use as a stand simply Substituting the Selfie-rod in the holder of the stand and actuates the flip latch. With the handle remote tripping are also possible. Since the thread is standard for photo tripods, I could on the tripod and fix my Panasonic compact camera. More should be the stand but not be expected. A Bridge or SLR camera is not suitable here, although the thread fits.
Conclusion:
====
I am with this product more than satisfied. Maybe I'll still to Selfie fan, because many times the arm is simply not long enough to even get the background with the picture or several people simultaneously. But one should note that Selfie bars are now banned in some places. Presumably due to the potential risk of injury.
But The trick is to use a tripod: Since the small bag fits well in my camera Paget, the rod take with you and often and saw in between for a quick photo and a tripod. A not to be underestimated advantage.
As I appreciate the versatility of this product, there is of me a clear recommendation.
