Each strip is almost 52 cm long incl. The permanently mounted end caps. On the one hand each one about 11 cm short length cable with a small "Easy Plug" plug protrudes, on the other hand, a 130 cm long cable with the counterpart (clutch). The basic color of the strips and the connecting cable is white. From above, the strip with a rubber-like transparent layer are covered, in addition to the LEDs small resistors and contact surfaces can be seen. Downstairs is a self-adhesive layer with release paper. The strips are approximately 10 mm wide and 3 mm high.
The 12 V output of the AC adapter is connected to a socket in the receiver. Because on the other side of the radio receiver two (not four!) Protrude short cable with "Easy-Plug" connectors out, there are several ways of connecting. It can all four strips are connected in series to an output. It is also possible, the outputs with 1: 2 to prove strips: 3 stripes or with 2. Also, operation with fewer than four strips is possible if this should be desired. Thus, it can at will the connection be selected that makes the most sense based on the local conditions.
In all of these connection types, the strips are equally bright and can be operated identically and without any problems. For dimming, it is advisable to hold the desired key, followed by a very slow, but also very fine (almost continuously) adjustable brightness difference is visible. So anything is possible from super-light to barely visible. It can be dimmed by single repeatedly pressing well in the individual stages, but these are really noticeable only at very low brightness. According to manufacturer information could be several sets, thanks to a slightly different radio frequencies are controlled independently. The strip of sets, however, are only jointly controllable.
The installation of the strip gets easier. They can be "smooth turn" and put on straight as curved surfaces. Who does not want to use the same integrated self-adhesive (for example, once to try to be flexible or the surface of the appliance or wood to spare), the strips can easily fix it with three or four short Tesa film strips, because the LEDs light even after prolonged operation are barely warm. In this way, I have three LED strips, top, mounted left and right on the back of my Plasma TV and so realized an indirect television lighting. The fourth stripe is soon still below the TV rack can accommodate ...
Finally, a few words on the practice test. The light color is actually (almost) warm white without looking artificial yellow. The brightness is impressive and adaptable by the dimmer to virtually every need. The brightness is maintained both when switching on and off using the remote control, and after interrupting the power supply. I have my set connected to the switched power receptacle of my surround receiver, also via the always runs the TV sound. Thus, the set of switching on the receiver lights up on the remote control in the desired brightness - to the television evening ends.
Conclusion: A well-thought, useful and flexible all-purpose product for indirect lighting with easy installation fulfills many desires and waives unnecessary expensive frills like color changes, etc. - it is committed to the most natural-warm light color. Would even a manual included and supplemented the terms of the technical data on the product page, the article deserves 5 stars.

-----------------------------
After the legitimate demand in the comments of Tayfun I have my assessment of the product into perspective. Not only the ever decreasing power after prolonged use is problematic, but also the fact that the manufacturer has obviously heavily revised the product should be mentioned. Interesting details can be found in particular in the 3-star review by Werner that I have, therefore, also commented.
For completeness, I am pointing out that remote control and radio receiver in accordance with the current figures look very different than in the example that I have received 2 years ago. Accordingly, my notes on the wiring variants are valid no longer fully applicable to the product currently supplied.
For a number of other reviews also show that the light temperature was raised by the manufacturer apparently noticeable, meanwhile has to move in the range 3300-4000 degrees Kelvin, and the reference to "warm white" light therefore well may be doubted what would bother me probably ,
Based on these new findings do I reduce my review of the product from 4 to only 3 stars!
