I have been a loyal and devoted reader of Diane Chamberlain's books for the last ten years. Unfortunately, I did not care for Summer's Child nearly as much as I did Breaking the Silence, her last book, or even some of her books Earlier.
For some reason her characters never grew on me and I felt the outcome what predictable.
This does not mean I'm not waiting eagerly for her next title. I only hope it will be better than this one.
