For those who would raise the question:

Yes !! the two microphones work with Guitar Hero and granny with all other games including a microphone is necessary.

They plug into a USB port, and actually in the words of one comment there "permetttant a USB hub to connect multiple microphones at the same time," 3 more to be precise. (I call it a multi-USB, like a multi-socket, lol)

Their quality is very good, and the capture of the voice is more than efficient.

This is a very good choice for all karaoke games.

(PS: in case, the microphones are not wireless, as I believed until I come out of the box looool.)
