This other is not the same happens as me:
This product is only a stand for the Galaxy Note 2, the device is not loaded!
It is loaded in the tray behind only the spare battery.

That brings me further not much, so I'll return the item.
Once that's entirely my fault, and not Amazon or the product are attributed
can I still forgive 5 star because the product is impeccable.
