I for evening skiing gained me this headlamp.
The first one has to get used to wearing a head lamp, I will not comment on the sidelines. Here the person feels any different. It should be said briefly that the lamp head has a very small contact surface on the head. Sits but suitably adjusted yet comfortable to verruschten without saying.
Light output: Can you fully describe flour than adequate. The 100% power one does not need handy when running. If you walk in a group behind several controls down to, because the (reflective) clothing of the other an otherwise hidden.
Caution: When dimming is said clocked the LED. It shows them that begins the LED at very low brightness slowly to "pulsate". Secondly, because the raindrops appear at points, like a stroboscope.
Beam pattern: can be adjusted in a wide enriches from spot to flood. The cone is circular. The misfällt me something while running, because even directed all the way down a certain portion in front of the feet is no longer illuminated. It would be nice if the cone would have been rather trapezoidal.
Otherwise the lamp for its Presi (ca.40Euro) is well made, head circumference can be adjusted easily. Is included was a substitute Pack Duracell batteries (probably because of the "test function" on the packaging), that in any case 100% full batteries has for the first use. The manual is well written and easy to understand. Here, one or the other manufacturer can even learn a lot.
Overall, a solid light, not perfect, but good.
UPDATE regarding the batteries:
The original built battery pack held well. At the end of the service life the LED was significantly weaker and eventually went out abruptly. I could again (dimmed) Switch UDN then held the Battieren further 1/2 hour by)
After that I had times convenient (cheap) batteries taken that I had at home. The result was disastrous. After one hour, the LED went out. after a power cycle they remained only 10seconds, then went out.
Next, I have currently used batteries from GP. These now hold just 3 hours at 100% power, but - a run colleague the same lamp has brought with Duracell batteries, and although both battery packs in operation were previously just 1 hour as we rid ran was at least estenes felt its twice as bright here. you can clearly see the power and voltage stability of the Duracell. 'm Going to get next too Duracell's, even if they cost as much or more almost twice depending on the quantity purchased.
