Color did not fit the lens.
NO mark for centering the lens.
During assembly, remained a relatively large gap between the two halves.
The flow-like edge protection on the inside was not consistently available (risk of scratches).
Positives:
Material quality was OK, worked dibasic.

Summary:
All in all not recommended as an alternative to very expensive original lens clamp by Canon.
