Negatives:
- Not particularly comfortable
- Not durable
A really solid shoe offers durable outsole and durable leather.
I have the shoes worn for 3 years so that's probably a long-term test.
Interior has constantly pressed slightly in the left shoe. Sole was pretty hard so when I walked all day through the city then has the legs and back already heavily strained. (Compared with about 1km these shoes feel like 7km Nike Free 3.0, or about 5km with my Salomon hiking boots).
And now to the endurance test: After 3 winters the shoe was in the bucket. The glued CAT sole (not removable) had run completely at the ball and big toe by. The rubber sole was broken in two places so that on wet days the entire foot was wet.
