So I call the number - after countless calls (does not cost anything and I experienced again after 15 minutes on hold) I write for a week via the support contact form on the Brother site. No Reaction. After a Wocher again - kene reaction. Then I manage to get through it and give it all by phone. That was Thursday and I will promised that by Monday someone signs for the exchange. The following week on Friday, I call again because still nobody has reported. The ticket is passed again. Friday night I'll call back - the ticket has passed.
Monday afternoon I'll call again - still no result. Can escalate the hotline not - direct contact is not possible.
Now buy a new device - the process has gone to the lawyer. Very very very pathetic what a company like Brother allowed there.
All in all I can say: devices are ok - but the 3 years Service does not exist. Can anyone advise a unit of Brother to buy.
