not recommended - annoying software bug and excessive viewing angle dependency

I bought the photo frame to set it up, instead of a normal picture. The size of the picture frame I have chosen in accordance with the image to be replaced. I worked my way through some tests in this display size, and decided despite the streaky reviews here for this model.
The picture frame came without packaging (also as described in the description), that all labels of post office etc. are directly on the original package. But it was not tragic, everything arrived safe and fast.
The operation itself is kept simple, so that everyone is clear who can read. The image quality of the photos shown is okay - if one chooses the right angle! And with that being said, in my view everything positive.
Now for the negative characteristics that have led me to return the device. The first is the already mentioned strong dependence of image quality on the viewing angle. If you just draufschaut, or slightly above or slightly from the sides, everything is okay, but once you draufschaut in any manner from the bottom, the colors are totally distorted or the screen goes dark. Since the frame should be set to a closet with me at shoulder level, which was basically always the case, since the frame itself is slightly set back. Perhaps the attachment would have been right on the wall a solution, but I did not, and I expect for the price that the display is more tolerant of view.
The second killer criterion was that the slide, which began on time every day at the set time, had always shown only stored on the device as images, however my existing on a USB stick or an SD card photos ignored. That means I had to change the slideshow manually on my photos and restart each morning. Although these are only 2.3 keystrokes on the remote control, but in the long run but the annoying. I tried it with multiple USB and SD media, however, was not to move the unit to the sample images (that can be removed from the device is otherwise not) ignore.
These two things have made me, the unit - with an otherwise good workmanship, but also of a star - to return and to leave an appropriate evaluation. Other features such as playing music or videos were of no interest to me and I have therefore not been tested.
