not suitable for connecting multiple or high-resolution (2560) displays

I had chosen the dock with associated laptop in order to connect a UHD display via DisplayPort.
The "Acer expert" in Saturn had assured me that would go. But it does not work because the digital outputs support a maximum horizontal resolution of 2560 pixels.
But the attempt to connect two 1920 * 1080 display (about 1 times DisplayPort, DVI or HDMI 1 times), fails. From the manual: "Acer ProDock II supports multiple monitors; However, de HDMI and DVI ports can not be used at the same time." What Acer here with "Multiple Monitors" means is a digital output and an analog: the 2014 is no longer sufficient.

Who are connecting only one monitor or mainly want to use the Power / Ethernet / USB / Audio ports: the works.
