Not suitable for jogging. Suitable for cycling if you do not sweat

Before using this wrist pouch (looks like a wrist splint) I tried it at home:
-It Is suitable for my Smartphone Nokia Lumia 800. The control buttons on the side are accessible through the transparent top sheet. This transparent film does not interfere with touch controls for the screen.
-It Is for the left wrist and is therefore incompatible with wearing a watch to the wrist, which is not fatal.
-Another Not unacceptable drawback: when you phone while keeping the holster on his left wrist, you can wear the earpiece in his left ear, but then the microphone is placed away from his mouth and is almost inaudible to the listener . For the microphone is properly positioned then wear the earpiece in his right ear, but at the cost of not practice contortion at all. The only satisfactory solution is to call by pressing the loudspeaker.

Then I used the case for a jog. But after about half an hour, I saw appear mist on top of the transparent sheet. After removing the case the phone I found that the drops of sweat remained on its rear wall. My smartphone is not waterproof so I immediately removed from the case.
Also I found that the tissue in the back of the case and therefore in contact with the skin, had faded or had the hue of salt from sweating.
Note that I have not sweated profusely and the weather was not particularly hot.

Thus, although the manufacturer indicates a use for jogging, this use is not really recommended.

Finally I used this case for a bike ride over 2 hours. There is no problem because, besides the fact that the weather was not very hot, you sweat less when cycling is practiced. I was able to respond immediately to telephone calls 2 and I could see the guide on my smartphone while driving.

In conclusion the "note" I attribute is the average of ** **** for jogging and for cycling.
