Not suitable for sport completely (in my ears at least)

wanted to use the things for the sport (running). Unfortunately, not suitable and therefore fly the file now gone. To "chill out" and running around the sound is way too bad, is not good for real. Would here prefer to recommend more spending money. I do not make the mistake again.
