I received an email the customer service Aukey asking me to remove my negative evaluation of the product. Customer service assures me that this is the first time that this kind of problem was encountered with this charger. In exchange I would change my assessment 5% discount on my next order ....
Aukey Really? Do you need this kind of manipulation to sell your products?
This is unfortunate because I had a good brand image and customer service before. I bought other products of the brand and I was quite satisfied. But now I'm not sure if I see only positive comments. Is this the result of manipulation or is it the product is really good?
I had planned to buy the load IQ Luna, but suddenly, I hesitate!
Small Aukey advice: If you have a good product negative feedback does not damage your brand image. Manipulate the ratings of buyers, by against it is frowned upon by many people.
