I had the same netbook ago by Toshiba (processor, RAM, graphics, etc.), just not with the Windows 7 Starter operating system but with Win XP. The operating system "Win7 Start" with the technology is a disaster. Surfing the web page layout takes far too long, regardless of the Internet connection, which is always very good at DSL 16000. Even the blue Windows background image is to change only with external software. What Microsoft has thought in such an operating system. Conclusion: The computer is technically adequate but not recommended together with the operating system "Win7 Start". Also in Win8 I have already read such problems. Better with WinXP or Linux Buy if still available, or equal to spend a few euros more are certainly not applied incorrectly.
