I've known some Cream Sodas .. Even through my 2.5 years South Africa. It really is reminiscent of vanilla ice cream - just carbonated therein ;-D

The aftertaste is in my opinion still refreshing and not glued or similar though ^^ room temperature tastes great, but best enjoyed cold -. And with Captain Morgan gives an interesting mix :-P
