I Love My Actifry. When my old last week gave up the ghost, I ordered immediately and without hesitation this new model. And have the Actifry missed terribly in the days to delivery. Of course, a Actifry is not a complete replacement for a fryer. That's absolutely no comparison, because you can cook completely different things completely different with a Actifry as a deep fryer! Probably the only interface is actually the fries - and the fries are delicious with the Actifry sensational. Yes, it takes a long time until they are done - but one must not stand by 45 minutes! Potato wedges reinwerfen, switch on the appliance, train 30 minutes to 15 minutes and take a shower before the food is ready and the time was used wisely. With 20 minutes to the oven fries need, however one can hardly start something :-) Apart from the fact that oven fries do not taste. And in contrast to the deep fryer stinks of the French do with the Actifry anschießend not the whole house to fat. Anyway: Try times fries of vegetables! Kohlrabi as tastes awesome from the Actifry - eating even the kids! The same applies to carrots. Or fruit! A cut in pieces apple pure, to a banana and a few strawberries, a little oil, the whole served with cinnamon and sugar on warm porridge or rice pudding - unbeatable and so much better breakfast than cereal or sausage sandwich! In the time in which I had no Actifry, I tried to prepare this fruit dish in the pot and in the pan, but the result was not the same thing by far. In Actifry the water evaporates in the fruit - from pots and pans I got mushy fruit in sugar water and the taste was even out. Also vegetable crop pans I prepare now rather than in the Actifry about in the pan, because in the Actifry nothing burns and I must not stand by to stir the contents permanently - yes that happens automatically. In the time in which the Actifry cooks for me, I can pick up the children from school - and again saving time! I do not want to miss more and give a strong buy recommendation.
