Due to a buyer notice here in the reviews I've ordered in size 44 instead of my normal shoe size 42.5 or 43. That fits, even with a wider foot. Initially, the boots feel a little tight but on what is owed but the really thick faux fur. After 2 - 3 times will wear the boots then fits well with thicker stockings.
Since the fake fur quite thick and the sole is well insulated, to wearing thicker socks really recommended but only in fairly low temperatures. At temperatures from 2 - 3 degrees plus upwards and extended wear, I recommend to put no thick socks; feet begin after a time to sweat, so socks and fur wet. (Experience through daily wear in the vineyard). So it rich at these temperatures quite normal socks.
ME is sweating and a desired heat dissipation reinforced by or prevents the corsetable edge of the boot is too tight. This criticism was already here in the reviews. In my calf thickness of 46.5 cm, the width is just OK The edge is then also without being constricted at the calves to. A winter pants no longer lets you then but stuck in the boots, which would be desirable in wet weather when working eg in the garden!
Otherwise, the boot is very well suited for the cold season; even for working outdoors (garden, agriculture, viticulture, etc.). It is 100% waterproof, has, with the exception of that Schnürrandes a pleasant size, the sole is thick enough and well insulated, the profile of the sole protects well against slipping due to the counter, rough cut. The sole and heel thickness is good and not too high, so z. B. by not pressing the bumps uncomfortable.
From experience with other manufacturers (here actually spiral - all plaques, pendants, imprints of helix) a really good price line relationship.
