Blu-ray player was a must for me as I have not wanted to buy an additional device me. However, limited the selection rather, finally I risked buying this home theater system, for the few reviews were still present.
After I connected the 6 boxes and the enclosed Star Wars Blue Ray lodged, I was very impressed. I am not a HiFi expert, but I have nothing to complain about the sound. The bass is very strong, so you can feel the vibration right, and the boxes are properly positioned, you can hear the spaceships literally fly across the room. Is supplied by the source no 5.1 sound, you can adjust various settings, such as the stereo sound is easy to hear from the rear speakers.
Since my TV has integrated Wi-Fi, I have tried the Internet features of the device only briefly, and the streaming of music - was working fine.
A real point of criticism is the length of the speaker cables. My rear speakers are about 5m from the device, would you not lay the cables across the room, but along the wall, it is really strange to me, for larger rooms, the length is simply too short. From Panasonic support I received only the info that longer cables are not available from Panasonic. Since this is Panasonic's proprietary connector, one is killed not tinker.
For the evaluation we now should really differentiate:
If the cable is long enough, I would give it 5 stars because I could not fault the sound of operation, the processing.
Are the cables for the room too short, actually points to be deducted. That is offered by Panasonic for this problem is no solution, is actually an insult.
