I've just ordered a can of times, because I've heard only good things about creatine - this I have chosen because the quality will be very high. I use it now since exactly one month and the first power increases have already made noticeable. I now get back more pull-ups and am also in virtually all other exercises become stronger. However, it may also be that this was only the case because it is really very motivated to train hard because you do not want to waste his money - there it is, of course, brings only a little if you train accordingly) However, one must not expect too much - at first I did not notice anything, but my upper arms seem to me a bit thicker, but more definitely. Let's see if I if it is empty another can order me - depending on whether I still thus achieved further success or not. --- UPDATE --- My first socket is now almost empty, and I am very satisfied. I have my body measurements not measured in advance, but this creatine combined with hard training and sufficient protein have me determined a few centimeters in addition procured;) It's just, unfortunately, very difficult to say how much of this success is really attributable to the creatine as a training plan change, change in diet or just more motivation large differences can be achieved already. Nevertheless, I will continue to use it :)
