Addendum: I signed up with fitbag set immediately after receipt of the goods into contact because my quality of the bag is really not like that.
Unfortunately, one has very unfriendly respond to my concern and a withdrawal first completely denied since there is a "made to measure" would be. According to internet are all bags there "made to measure" the one rejects desweswegen Redemptions / Conversions / warranty categorically I find very customer unfriendly. Especially since it was not about the "dimensions" but the quality of the goods. Also large advertised on the side with "money back guarantee"!
After a few emails were granted one would exchange the bag if it has a "defective". So I sent the case back via registered mail. After more than a week without notification on the part fitbag I inquired about the current state and I was just tersely informed that the bag had not arrived.
After I pointed out that I have sent them by registered mail and can see that the bag has arrived already for a week was first silence and on renewed demand my hand again the answer is "made to measure - No Return" ....
Without explanation why the bag so had poor quality, no proposed solution, what happens now with the returned bag without info. For this, a very unfriendly / bolder tone.
I felt impelled then to take the PayPal Buyer Protection claim and have also very quickly get right out of this and get my money back.
Fitbag: Never again.
Now I have a bag of Raedan, top satisfied !!!
