Works on my Fiat Punto ELX 1996 ....
The product was received well packaged. Seller, Bowin, seriously.

Tip: make sure the red wire is connected to pin 16 and the black pine 4 or 5 before use - rare on the internet returns suggest that there may be inversions (search google OBD2 pinout). Just do a test with a simple multimeter to check.
If the black wire is the ground (not the '-' of the battery).
