Unfortunately, God had the power to 1 year old to two one week DELL notebooks with Windows XP will not run. The installation routine recognized the device but not the supplied drivers. A call to the hotline showed that it is obviously often not compatible. The given tip was: Give back the unit. In the manual there was no evidence.
