It does the job perfectly. I tested Both ports with two different controller: an unofficial snes controller and the official Super Advantage. No problem with the Super Advantage, turbo all the features work just as fine Itself as on the console. Tested With Some PC fighting games as well, like Guilty Gears X2: no input lag Noticed.
It l'autre hand, I do not know why the buttons are mapped indexes as Such (INSTEAD of 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, it's something like 1 2 3 4 7 8 10 11). Could be a problem On Some PC Games That do not allow you to configure the mapping (ie just based on the Xbox controller). Nothing joy2key That can not solve though. And if you are just here for emulation, any decent emulator will-have an input configuration panel somewhere.
It works surprisingly. I tested both ports with an unofficial and official joystick arcade stick "Great Advantage" while walking, even the turbo / auto functions. So I even use it for PC gaming, no problem, not the slightest input lag felt on even fighting games (precisely where the lags are very quickly felt).
Only flat, and yet it's no big deal, indexes buttons are weird (memory XABY 1234, RS of 78, start of 10 select 11). On some PC games that offer no reconfiguration of keys that can be weird, but these games are generally minority (or use only the first 4 buttons). And if it's just the emulation of interest, any emulator worthy of the name has one of the controllers control panel.
