I've bought this book a couple of weeks ago and I'm honest: I'm disappointed. I do not Say That VRT (= visual resistance training) does not work but if you expect to get a systematic approach how to use it - forget it. To be honest the book is just a collection of classic BB exercises and the instruction to move as if you were using heavy weight. That's pretty much it. There is a large section on a routine though, but it suffers from the same problem of the whole book - bad editing (columns, various font sizes, line breaks, etc.), superficial content and bad presentation.
I give Mr. Mangan props for putting forward this concept but this book could've been a lot better. My Humble Opinion.
