Especially suitable for flat feet with toes well. Otherwise you have the shoes with tennis socks and heat the flanges hairdryer. For the 35-36, it is rather the 36 for the length. The sole is comfortable, shock of walking are well amortized, that's nice. But the flanges are still a bit steep I think.
