In my homemade version with scotch tape the card held in the adapter (original delivery to break out) when inserted into the 3G router.
With this adapter, the SIM card holds true in the adapter, you have the card but easily turn to lead them into the holder, it jumps out again. For all mobile devices in which the card is being inserted should not be a problem.
Conclusion: Not particularly suitable for devices in which you have to turn the SIM card and this often alternates between two devices.
