Problem: the only instruction given is to "swell up to the size indicated"
So if your ball is 75cm, it will inflate to do it ... But 75cm in height and width, there is a difference .. So we must choose! (All alone as big risk if it is too swollen, you fart in your face)
It would be good to add instruction details, at least reassuring when not used to.

I think it is better to move gradually from a certain size reached, otherwise the ball may not have time to get used to the pressure during inflation (at least that is the impression he gave me) so I had to take the time to make a landing, before finally reaching the final "normal" size
