I preferred this model the metal frame is fixed by a tripod socket instead of sticking to the housing. Mounts without problem on my Pentax K5. The build quality is good but the big problem is the lack of diopter adjustment. Therefore impossible to adapt to his view while a simple mechanism would allow. Hence my three stars. That said, considering the price, this is an economical way to try this formula and see if it can adapt to your needs.
