Well I had some troubles at the beginning because the key does not seem to work on Windows 7. You should know that I already install the drivers of an old key (BlueSoleil). So I've uninstalled before installing the new one but nothing worked. Finally, the cause was that the bluetooth recognition service was disabled. Feel free to take a look at the Bluetooth services if you have problems to add your new devices. Since then, it works really well. All my devices are well known and are quickly connected. I'm super satisfied with the product.
