I checked and rechecked, I have got only 2! Mystery protection for 3rd ...
As for me, I use it for a Surface RT (the first version), the protective films are very good quality and perfect touch, no reflection, in short they are discreet and well protect the screen of the Surface .
One must be very careful to install the protection, to avoid bubbles and dust, such as mobile phones, but bigger!
Very cheap and fast delivery.

I wonder what "Lifetime" means for this kind of object ...
