One of the best PC simulation games for a decade!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is currently the best simulation game for Microsoft Flight Simulator X - point!
After more than 290 hours of play I still tinker to my first city for this game, which I will 'no longer works' ausreizen to. Currently my city has a population of over 245,000 inhabitants satisfied, which can be identified and tracked in ALL game. It's not just about the number of inhabitants, but also to the perfect infrastructure (transport) and to the beauty of the city to me. The game has so far never crashed and still runs smoothly. I suggest this game to be the best PC simulation game of the past 9 years - and very soon as the simulation game of the decade!
Of particular note is the AI ​​of the game: All residents looking for an attractive living space and at the same time a relatively quick (but not necessarily SHORT) way to work. If the process is logically and logistically in this simulation game, then you will not be disappointed because the AI ​​registers this and responds correctly. If the route Route changed somehow, also involved the entire route route changes, and then it takes a while until all the traffic has balanced, and that makes the AI ​​VERY understandable!
But the greatest plus for this game is the integration into the Steam account. Everyone will ask yourself, why? I have a Steam connection for a single-player game never advocated, but in this game it does - at least for me - right the first time sense!
What can be downloaded for free in the Steam Workshop mods and objects for this game, beyond all the desires of a free upgrade - more on that later ...

+ Best city simulation currently - ABSOLUTE Game genre reference in 2015!
+ Realistic and traceable KI for almost all aspects.
+ Good graphics - with MODs still improvable.
+ Beautiful soundtrack - with MODs still improvable.
+ Officially playable up to 1,000,000 inhabitants REAL!
+ Roads produce construction grid pattern, but can be arbitrarily curved.
+, It is possible to generate its own 'home' city.
+ Creation of own card with support for all worldwide regions / cities ...
+ ... Height data at 'terrain.party' be created and imported free!
+ The recommended hardware requirements are enough really.
o Unfortunately, there is currently no train-tunnel (freight trains). However, these can be substituted for by passenger subways.
- To be honest, there is nothing yet that could not be created by MODs! :)

CONCLUSION:
The best PC game I have played for about 10 years. The 'Anno' games have served with me. Even as a GTA fan, I've still not interested to buy me the new GTA5 for PC. This is the first computer game in which the Steam account forced ABSOLUT is useful and user-friendly for me. The quality of MOD functions and objects (buildings) is fantastic. I am currently not quite sure, but I suspect that it is possible to import the Google Earth Building. Finally, I want to programmers and the production studio (Colossal Order) thank you for focusing on the needs of the gaming community (users / customers). This route has a future! :)

Finally, a few GAMEPLAY TIPS:
+ Stations and ports outwards later in the game are crucial for economy (money).
+ Disconnects the external train necessarily the Innerwärtigen. Loading stations for goods and people separated!
+ Disconnects freight stations and passenger stations in your town.
+ Builds inner Verkehrshubs train-metro bus and connects you to your city centers, an airport near the hub is also good.
+ In the city centers will make your own bus.
+ Builds industrial areas containing raw materials. Produced for its own territory with appropriate specialization and industrial policy: double productivity. However Build it not in number, but let about 6 square box between 4x4 establishments, otherwise the raw material dries too fast!
