My task was zuzschneiden laminate boards and I found the assistance only partially suitable.
The problem I found is that the views of the gezwichnete line is significantly restricted right from the blade. Especially when you come to the end of the workpiece and the assistance front already floating in the air was the assistance then my feeling is rather disturbing than helpful.
Furthermore, the assistance was dirty rather quickly (which is indeed in the nature of things), but because it was difficult, the scribed line to just be able to see well on quite dark laminate.
The choice of red as the color for the lines I emfand as unhappy as the lines in front of the ground loomed bad. Perhaps Bosch should adopt at the point of its brand color or different colors offer, so that everyone can choose according to his requirement.
Basically remains to say that at the assistance with long, light workpieces has its raison d'être.
The view of the blade but is clearly limited. I felt without assistance safe on average and therefore this tool was useless for me.
